Question: What is Intouch Online?

Answer: Intouch Online is a tool that provides you with the opportunity to check your students' attendance, class schedule, current grades and other information at any time from both home and work.

Question: How frequently are records updated for my student?

Answer: Some records are updated more frequently than others. Attendance is updated weekly. Grades will be updated as quickly as time allows for teachers.

Question: I have not received my username and password for this tool. Is this something that can be emailed to me, or can I do it over the phone?

Answer: No. In an attempt to protect student confidentiality, you will need to come into the office with some type of photo ID in order to receive your username and password.

Question: I have more than one student at the same school,can I use the same passward for each of my students?

Answer: Yes. Mutiple students of the same household can be set up with the same password.

Question: I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

Answer: Come into the school office and they will happy to help you. Because of confidentiality, passwords will not be given out over the phone.
